Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and [Legal entity name], trading as Train with Gabi ("we", "us", "I", "Gabi"), when you buy a digital program from us or join the coaching waitlist. By purchasing or signing up, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't buy.

1. What you're buying

We sell digital products — PDF guides and workbooks. Nothing physical is shipped. At the time of writing these are:

• 30 Day Body Reset — a single ebook PDF with the weekly gym split, structured workouts and nutrition rules.
• From Soft to Sculpted — the complete blueprint ebook.

What's included in each product is described on its own page, and that description forms part of these terms. We may change the contents of a product over time, but never for an order already placed.

Delivery

Your download links are emailed to the address used at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment. Download links expire 7 days after purchase. Please save your files to your own device before then. If your links expire, or the email never arrives, email us and we'll issue new ones — we're not going to leave you without something you paid for.

If you don't see the email, check your spam folder first. Delivery depends on your email provider accepting our mail, which is not something we fully control.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page in US dollars and include no separate shipping charge. Any promotional or "was" price shown is the regular price we otherwise charge for that product.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never received or stored on our servers. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which we don't control and can't refund.

You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you live, unless it is collected at checkout.

3. Refunds

Our products are digital and delivered immediately, so once your download links have been sent, the sale is final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind — including if you decide the program isn't for you, or you don't get the results you hoped for.

Please read the product page carefully before buying, and email us first if you're unsure whether a program suits you. We would rather answer your questions than take money for something that isn't right for you.

We will put things right if something is actually wrong on our end. Contact us and we'll fix it or refund you if we can't:

• You were charged more than once for the same product;
• You were charged but never received your download links, and we can't get them to you;
• A file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what the product page described.

Where we do issue a refund, it goes back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Your licence to the materials ends at that point, and you should delete your copies.

None of this affects your statutory rights. If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel or a refund that is stronger than what's written here, that law wins and we'll honour it — just get in touch.

4. What you may and may not do with the materials

When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own individual training. You may print a copy for yourself and keep it on your own devices.

You may not:

• Share, forward, upload, resell, sublicense or otherwise distribute the files or your download links;
• Reproduce the content in your own coaching, class, program or product, paid or free;
• Remove any branding, or present the material as your own work;
• Use the material to train a machine-learning model.

Download links are tied to your purchase. Sharing one is the same as sharing the files.

5. Health and safety — please read this one

We are not doctors, and nothing we sell is medical advice. The programs are general fitness and nutrition education, not a diagnosis, treatment, or a plan prescribed for your individual medical circumstances.

Talk to a qualified physician before starting this or any exercise or nutrition program — and especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, are nursing, have or have had an eating disorder, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, an injury, or any chronic condition, or if you take prescription medication.

Stop exercising immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness or shortness of breath. You take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own limits and using safe technique.

The programs are intended for healthy adults aged 18 and over.

6. Results are not guaranteed

Any transformation photos, testimonials, figures or examples shown on this site are individual experiences. They are not a promise, guarantee or typical result. Fitness outcomes depend on your starting point, genetics, health, consistency, sleep, stress and much else besides — most of which is outside our control.

You may not get the same results. You may not get results at all. What we sell is a structured program and the information to follow it, not an outcome.

7. The coaching waitlist

Joining the 1-on-1 coaching waitlist is free and is not a purchase, a booking, or a promise of a place. It means we'll contact you when a spot opens. Coaching places are limited, we choose who to take on, and we may close the list at any time. Terms and pricing for 1-on-1 coaching are agreed separately if and when you're offered a place.

You can ask to be removed from the list at any time by emailing us.

8. Our content

All content on this site and in the products — text, photographs, video, program design, layout and branding — belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright. Buying a product licenses you to use it as described in section 4; it does not transfer ownership of anything.

9. Using this site

Please don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site or its download system, and don't submit someone else's personal details to our forms. We may refuse service or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service — it depends in part on hosting and email providers we don't operate. We may add, change, withdraw or re-price products at any time. Changes never affect an order already placed.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you buy is the version that applies to your purchase, so the "last updated" date above matters.

11. Limits on our liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data; and our total liability to you for any claim connected with a product is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State / country], and the courts of [State / country] have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
